Mr. Sherman, a seasoned professional with more than 25 years experience representing tenants and landlords throughout New York City, has concluded in excess of six million square feet of transactions with major corporations.

After nine years as a Vice President with Broadwall Brokerage and Consulting, building relationships with many Fortune 100 companies, he joined MHP eighteen years ago and currently holds the title of Executive Managing Director.

Randy is the leasing agent for 461 Park Avenue South.

His knowledge of the market, his ability to adapt to its ever-changing landscape, and his resourcefulness in relation to the needs of his customers distinguishes him from the competition.
