Bruce Goodman joined Murray Hill Properties/MHP Commercial Brokerage Services in 2001 as a Senior Managing Director. As a seasoned real estate professional with over twenty years of experience, Mr. Goodman has negotiated in excess of $1 Billion of transactions and has extensive experience in all legal and financial aspects of commercial leasing and sales.

At his former firm, where Mr. Goodman was a Principal for fifteen years, his primary responsibilities were overseeing the leasing and marketing programs for such major clients as IBM, Bertelsmann, Inc., Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide, Bantam Doubleday Dell Publishing Group, The Taubman Company and Hiro Real Estate. Mr. Goodman was one of the recipients of the “Most Ingenious Deal Of The Year” Award for the sale of 1540 Broadway, a one million square foot office tower in Times Square, to Bertelsmann Property, Inc.
