Abe Labaton currently serves as Managing Director at Murray Hill Properties, LLC.

During his career, Mr. Labaton has been involved in transactions totaling over $50 million gross rent. He exclusively represents noteworthy clients such as Silbowitz, Garafola, Silbowitz, Schatz & Frederick, MindsInSync, V02 Partners, Triomphe Group & Abraham, Fruchter & Twersky.

Prior to joining Murray Hill Properties, Mr. Labaton served as Director at Vicus Partners. Previously, Mr. Labaton served as an Associate at Winick Realty Group where he focused on both tenant and landlord representation throughout Manhattan and the outer boroughs. He represented national tenants such as Duane Reade, Popeye’s & Subway on retail transactions.

Mr. Labaton is a graduate of Brooklyn College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Finance. Mr. Labaton is an active member of The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and the Young Jewish Professionals (YJP) organizations.
