S. Esther Zar serves as Managing Director of Murray Hill Properties LLC.
Ms. Zar has completed over 1,000,000 square feet of office, retail leasing and sales transactions. Ms. Zar specializes in “tenant representation” and since joining MHP has added significant agency work to her portfolio, having been the agent on 1412 Broadway and third party agencies including 485 Seventh Avenue. Ms. Zar is currently the leasing agent at 101 Fifth Avenue, 155 Fifth Avenue and 148 West 125th Street.
She has represented noteworthy clients such as DSquared, Escada, Richard Chai, RGE Monitor, Corbel Communications, Lab49, RightMedia, Did-it.com, Krav Maga Academy and Dots.
Ms. Zar was recently named as one of “20 to watch in 2012” by The Commercial Observer, a preeminent periodical in New York real estate.
Prior to joining Murray Hill Properties, Ms. Zar headed the commercial brokerage team at Metro Spire. During her tenure at Metro Spire, she received the prestigious “Top Producer” award in consecutive years. After her first year at MHP, Ms. Zar received the “Rising Star” award.
S. Esther Zar serves on the young leadership board of FIDF, is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and speaks Farsi and Hebrew.
