Mark Toubin joined Murray Hill Properties in 2007. Since joining Murray Hill Properties, Mark Toubin has been involved in the successful completion of commercial office and retail lease transactions for noteworthy clients such as SBFI North America, Truth be Told, and Icosahedron Gallery. Mark Toubin is the leasing agent for 1410 Broadway , 1441 Broadway, and 1250 Broadway. Mr. Toubin specializes in commercial office and retail tenant representation. His successful tenant rep lease transactions are due to his skill and commitment to oversee the lease transaction through every phase. Mark is involved in his client’s real estate transaction from managing the site selection process, negotiation of the best terms for his client with the landlord, to the construction of his client’s space. According to Mr. Toubin, his job is not complete until his clients are satisfied with not only the final lease terms but the physical space as well.

Prior to joining Murray Hill Properties he spent 11 years working in the technology sector. His most recent position was with Eizo Nanao Technologies. In that capacity he represented clients such as Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan, Instinet, Bear Stearns and Credit Suisse.

Mark holds a Bachelor degree from Long Island University.
