He has counseled both landlords and tenants, and understands their particular requirements and economic perspectives. Robinov is recognized as the industry leader in this marketplace and has represented over 25% of these organizations His track record and vast knowledge of the marketplace with these types of assignments makes him uniquely qualified.

Background & Experience
For 15 years he served as Executive Vice President directing the Sylvan Lawrence Company’s leasing portfolio of 75 downtown and midtown buildings. During his career, he also served with distinction in positions of executive leadership with several prominent midtown and downtown real estate brokerage firms, most recently serving as Executive Managing Director with NAI Global’s International Advisory Group. For several years he held a senior brokerage position at CB Richard Ellis. On several occasions, Gil has been a candidate for the Real Estate Board’s prestigious “Deal of the Year Award”.

Professional Affiliations & Designations
Robinov is a faculty lecturer at New York University Real Estate Institute, and has been awarded the CB Richard Ellis Colbert Coldwell Circle Award in 1996, 1997, 1998 and 1999. He has been featured in articles in the New York Times, Institutional Investor, Crain’s New York Business, Wall Street Journal, Real Estate Forum, Commercial Property News and Real Estate Weekly. He has been hailed as “One of New York’s Top 10 Real Estate Brokers” by Crain’s New York Business.
