Diana Rau Siegal serves as Executive Managing Director at Murray Hill Properties.

Prior to joining MHP, Ms. Siegal was a Senior Director at First New York Realty where she combined a unique career as both a tenant leasing representative and a building sales agent for twenty two years.

Her marketing campaign to the gemstone industry led to the sale of ten 13,339 square foot commercial condominium floors in the conversion of 36 West 44^th Street. These transactions earned her a nomination by the Real Estate Board of New York for the “Most Ingenious Deal of the Year” in 2006.

Some of her clients in the jewelry industry include Color Masters, Colored Jewels, K.G.K. (Precious Trade), Fine Emeralds, Asher Collections and Paramount Gems.

Her clients also include a “who’s who” of engineering firms, theaters, studios, non-profit organizations, advertising, publishing, international firms and educational facilities.

Recently she negotiated a 32,000 square foot, twenty year lease renewal and expansion at 18 West 18^th Street for CAP 21, an internationally recognized not-for-profit musical theatre conservatory. Ms. Siegel also completed a 24,000 square foot lease expansion and renewal in 31 West 27^th Street for the legendary Stella Adler Acting Studios.

Diana is particularly proud of the sale of a 130,000 square foot office tower in March, 2008 at 64 West 48^th Street to Muss Development Company on behalf of Western Management.

A graduate of Carnegie-Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with a B.A. in English, she is an active member of the New York Real Estate Board and its Midtown West, Plaza District and Grand Central Committees.
