Christopher P. Walther is a Managing Director of Murray Hill Properties LLC. He advises national and international corporations, in both tenant and ownership positions, on developing and executing their strategic real estate plans.

Christopher principally structures deals in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of commercial properties. He is experienced in handling a wide range of real estate transactions, which he has closed throughout the U.S. and in several major international markets, namely China. Prior to joining Murray Hill Properties, Christopher held a position with the LeFrak Organization, a leading New York-based real estate developer.

A graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, CT, he holds a BA in Economics and Asian Studies. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
