Mr. Varricchio serves as a Managing Director of Murray Hill Properties, LLC and has recently been appointed leasing agent of 1180 Avenue of the Americas.  Prior to joining Murray Hill Properties, Mr. Varricchio served as Director at Coldwell Banker Commercial. In that capacity, he was responsible for over 500,000 square feet of tenant representation leasing assignments. During his career, he has represented noteworthy clients such as Escada of the Americas, Great China Empire, Vanderweil Engineers, Vivienne Tam, Ask.com, World Trade Center Association, Broadway Partners, LaBranche Structured Products, and Gas Station TV (Destination Media). Mr. Varricchio graduated from Oneonta College with a B.S. in Economics and is currently a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and the Young Men’s and Women’s Real Estate Association (YMWREA). Mr. Varricchio is also a graduate of the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.
