Barry Spagna brings his vast entrepreneurial experience with him to Murray Hill Properties. Prior to joining Murray Hill Properties, Barry founded and operated a wholesale distribution business for 15 years and quickly grew the business to become the number one volume distributor for a leading national brand in the New York Metropolitan region within its class. Barry’s experience allows him to understand the challenges that face businesses in New York City and also assist entrepreneurs to navigate the commercial real estate market. Barry’s focus and attention to detail, as well as his loyalty and work ethic gives his clients comfort knowing he is working to provide them with the best representation possible no matter what the size of their requirement.

Barry earned his BS in Accounting and his MBA in Finance from New York University.

Mr. Spagna is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
