John P. Howard joined Murray Hill Properties in 2007 and serves as a Director specializing in representing both tenants and owners throughout Manhattan.

Mr. Howard has represented clients from a wide array of industries including Passlogix, Costello, Shea and Gaffney LLP and the Hawthorne Country Day School.

In addition to offering tenant representation services, Mr. Howard is also a member of the exclusive leasing team for 30 Broad Street, 1410 Broadway and 1441 Broadway, totaling more than 1.2 million square feet of office space in Manhattan.

Prior to joining Murray Hill Properties, Mr. Howard was an Account Executive with Nationstar Mortgage, a national residential mortgage lender.

Mr. Howard graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management.
