Daniel Lolai serves as a Leasing Associate at Murray Hill Properties LLC.
Prior to joining MHP, Daniel served as an Associate Director at Adams & Company. In that capacity, he was responsible for landlord and tenant representation with a concentration in the midtown section of Manhattan.
During his tenure with the firm, Daniel has represented noteworthy clients such as Lantern Organization/ Arete Management in leasing 7,000 square feet on an 11-year deal at 42 West 39th Street, First Rehabilitation Life Insurance Company in leasing 3,900 square feet on a 7 year sublease at One Penn Plaza and Leftfield Creative in leasing 3,900 square feet at 7 Penn Plaza. He has also represented Noreen Seabrook Marketing, and Paige Management among others.
Mr. Lolai began his bachelor’s degree program at Yeshiva University and finished his degree at NYIT as a Business Management major. While attending Yeshiva University, he was a member of the YU basketball team from 2007-2008. Daniel is also active in various charitable organizations and speaks Hebrew and Farsi.
