Prior to joining Murray Hill Properties, Boris served as founder and Principal at Peysa Properties, consulting and assisting investors with the identification and acquisition of distressed and stabilized multi-family assets in the southern and midwestern parts of the US.

Prior to his role at Peysa Properties, Boris worked for a subsidiary of Deutsche Post Bank (PB Capital) as a commercial real estate loan underwriter and portfolio manager.  During his time at PB, Boris was directly involved in underwriting and managing approximately $1.7 billion worth of commercial real estate loan transactions for office, retail, multifamily, condo construction and hospitality assets.

Boris’ experience in commercial real estate as a broker, underwriter, portfolio manager and a consultant, provides his clients with critical insight and experience throughout the process of searching for and analyzing the right space or property.

Boris Peysakhov graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in management and marketing. In addition, Boris is fluent in Russian.

Mr. Peysakhov is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
