Kamyar  Haimof is a Principal of Murray Hill Properties. His primary responsibilities include sourcing new investments, managing the firm’s acquisitions and dispositions, developing joint venture relationships and structuring the financing of investments on behalf of MHP’s series of proprietary investments funds. Mr. Haimof is also responsible for managing the firm’s fund raising activities.

During his tenure with MHP, he has been involved in the acquisition, financing and disposition of approximately eight million square feet of commercial office real estate, totaling over $3 billion in transaction volume. Prior to joining Murray Hill Properties, Mr. Haimof was an investment banker at CIT Group and Bear Stearns.

Mr. Haimof holds a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and graduated cum laude from New York University’s Stern School of Business with a degree in Finance. Mr. Haimof is a member of the New York State Bar.
