Joseph N. Giannola joined Murray Hill Properties in 2008. As Vice President of Asset
Management, Mr. Giannola is responsible for all aspects of assets under management including financial and lease analysis, diligence for acquisitions/dispositions, JV partner relationships and the oversight of management personnel located within the properties.

Prior to his tenure at MHP, Mr. Giannola was a member of the investment banking divisions of JP Morgan Securities and Goldman Sachs & Co.

Mr. Giannola received his Masters of Business Administration from the Peter J. Tobin College of Business at St. John’s University and graduated cum laude from the College of Business Administration at Fordham University with a B.S. in Finance and Economics.
