David Sturner is a Principal of Murray Hill Properties and has been a member of the firm since 1995. He is responsible for overseeing operations, asset management and project management for the entire portfolio of approximately seven million square feet.

Mr. Sturner provides project oversight for all base building work and tenant improvements, as well as the operations of the buildings on a day to day basis. Additionally, he is instrumental in collecting and assembling due diligence on all acquisition opportunities. Mr. Sturner evaluates each potential acquisition by extensive surveying as well as reviewing all engineering reports to determine any/all outstanding capital expenditure items that need to be addressed during the hold period.

Mr. Sturner graduated from Boston University in 1989 with a B.S. in Business Administration. Shortly after graduation, he began working at Structure Tone, the largest interior contractor in the United States, rising quickly to become a Construction Manager, remaining in that capacity for his seven-year tenure at the company before joining MHP.
