Anthony Pardo joined Murray Hill Properties in 1996 as Senior Vice President and Director of Asset Management, with over 30 years of experience as an asset manager, primarily in high-rise office structures.

As a licensed real estate broker, he started his real estate career as Vice President and Controller of Cross & Brown Company, a firm which managed 100 office buildings comprising a total of 23 million square feet of office space in New York City. Mr. Pardo was selected by a REIT formed by Hartford National Bank in Connecticut to develop and manage a division that focused on repositioning a portfolio of distressed properties including office buildings, warehouses and hotels. Recruited by Eastdil Advisers, Inc. to organize its asset management function, he eventually managed an $800 million pension fund portfolio of institutional quality office buildings, shopping centers, warehouses and hotels. Mr. Pardo subsequently became a partner in Jones Lang Wootton Realty Advisors, to develop and organize the asset management function for an institutional quality portfolio valued in excess of $1 billion.
